DESCRIPTION:Hope you’re as excited as we are for the Volcom Surf Happening main event\, taking place on February 22-23\, 2025\, in Sagres\, Portugal! \nAfter digital qualifiers last summer\, this exciting surf competition for the youth will bring together some of the best up-and-comers from all over Europe. \nThe competition should take place over one day\, depending on weather conditions\, with the second day reserved as a backup. \nEach competitor will surf two or three heats\, with prizes awarded to the Top 3 Best Waves and Top 3 Best Maneuvers of the event. A total prize pool of €4000 will be up for grabs\, along with an array of prizes from Volcom and our sponsors. \nIn addition to the surf action\, we will hold a special gathering at Three Little Birds from 7:30PM on the Saturday evening\, with a surf movie night\, and live music from Candler – a local surfers‘ band.  \nFollow @volcomhappening for contest updates.
