We all prayed for it and it finally happened in time for the Stubai Park opening of the new season. Finally, the necessary snow arrived to be able to cruise down the slopes of the Stubai Glacier and enjoy the perfect conditions in the newly opened Stubai Zoo.
The Stubai Premiere is always one of the most important events of the pre-season. The park is freshly opened, heaps of motivated shred heads arrive for their first days in the snow, excessive parties in the Stubai Dorfpub are held to celebrate the start of the season and a huge test village on the glacier with an endless number of snowboard brands that invite you to test the freshest gear out there. As always, Salomon Snowboards was part of it. One of the most traditional snowboard brands and one that we are proud to call our partner. We are stoked that we were able to provide you with the latest boards and bindings for the new season at the Salomon booth.
And let’s be honest, the first test where you stand in the snow and can get into the bindings of the new season directly at the Salomon stand just hits differently and makes you realize, „Fuck yeah, winter is here!“ True to this, we braved the forecasted snowfall and freezing temperatures to get you guys in touch with the brand new Salomon snowboard products, because they’ve got it all. The temperatures were icy, the slopes perfectly groomed and ready to be hit. Let’s go!
And for the super snow conditions, you seem to have chosen a clear favorite. The Salomon Dancehaul was more in demand than any other board on the test at the weekend and there are clear reasons for this, because the Dancehaul is the perfect board for cruising and carving all over the mountain.
