NIKOLO JAM I Skatehalle Innsbruck
Better late than never, here we go with a little review from the NIKOLO JAM at Skatehalle Innsbruck, which we organized together with RIDE IN PLEASURE Skateboard club. As you may imagine this is Martin, founder of go-shred writing. First and foremost, I want to say thank you to the Skatehalle Innsbruck managers (Fabio, Moritz and Mike) who are always friendly, helpful and supportive whatever of an event we’re doing. And we did a lot of events in this charmante indoor skatepark, one of the oldest and best parks inn the german speaking area. Just to give you an idea of how long we’re operating: The RIDE IN PLEASURE Skateboard club was founded in 2015 and will have its 10th anniversary in 2025, so at least 10 years go-shred X RIDE IN PLEASURE are firing fun for all those who love skateboarding. No matter, if you’re an active performer, a fan or just interest in visiting people having fun on this magic toy, the skateboard.
On Saturday, 14th of December we celebrated the NIKOLO JAM. Just before Christmas, in the month with the smallest amount of daylight in the whole year, a bunch of skaters came together for having fun. There were a few best trick sessions on different obstacles going on, where we saw everybody battling to stomp their newest trick. It’s always impressive to see the young generation and how hungry they are to get tricks. After a good session, a barbecue and a few cold drinks fit like a glove. For making long story short, this is why we still running those kind of events, because the hype of everyone reflects to all of us and this dynamic proves once again, a life without skateboarding would not be the same.
