The international snowboard and freeski elite have arrived in LAAX as the LAAX OPEN 2026 presented by Zalando, taking place from January 15–18, is ready to go. Following intensive training days, the qualification and semi-final rounds of the FIS Freeski & Snowboard World Cup kick off on Thursday on Crap Sogn Gion mountain. It marks the final opportunity to qualify for the 2026 Olympic Winter Games. Riders will compete on a demanding, innovative, and creative slopestyle course as well as in the LAAX Superpipe, which has long been regarded as the best in the world.
