Last Saturday, we hosted another Obereggen BINGO at Latemar Snowpark. With clear blue skies, bright sunshine, and a perfectly shaped park, the conditions for a go-shred BINGO couldn’t have been better.
The go-shred BINGO format is not a typical contest format, as riders usually have two runs to showcase their best tricks. If they stomp their run, they receive a score depending on the tricks they performed. As the name of the BINGO contest suggests, participants must complete the tricks marked on the BINGO sheet to achieve a result. The BINGO contest format is a mix of a jam session and a best-trick format. Essentially, go-shred encourages freestyle riders to try new tricks and step out of their comfort zones—because what’s a better feeling than learning and stomping new tricks?
With over 40 riders in both ski and snowboard categories, we had a true freestyle fest where several generations of participants came together to score as many BINGOs as possible. After the contest, go-shred offered a free barbecue and SPEZI – Das Original to all riders to help them recharge after an intense session at Latemar Snowpark.
At around 3:00 PM, we held the prize-giving ceremony, featuring awesome goodies from Volcom, Stance, Giro, and Yeti. The riders did such a great job that we upgraded every result with an extra BINGO for everyone. As a result, everybody went home with a goodie and a huge smile. It was such a great success that we’re still overwhelmed by the impressions from last Saturday.
A big shout-out to all the riders who showed up to compete and brought the heat to the snowpark. Thanks to Latemar for having us, supporting the shred scene, and helping us push the limits. Much love to the Latemar Snowpark crew for doing an incredible job, always being ready to support, and making great things happen.

Sabato scorso abbiamo ospitato un altro Obereggen BINGO al Latemar Snowpark. Con un cielo azzurro limpido, sole splendente e un park perfettamente shapeato, le condizioni per un go-shred BINGO non potevano essere migliori.
Il formato del go-shred BINGO non è un formato di gara tipico, poiché i rider hanno solitamente due run per mostrare i loro trick migliori. Se chiudono (“stompano”) la loro run, ricevono un punteggio in base ai trick eseguiti. Come suggerisce il nome del contest BINGO, i partecipanti devono completare i trick indicati sulla scheda BINGO per ottenere un risultato. Il formato del contest BINGO è un mix tra una jam session e un format best trick. In sostanza, go-shred incoraggia i rider freestyle a provare nuovi trick e a uscire dalla loro zona di comfort—perché quale sensazione è migliore che imparare e chiudere nuovi trick?
Con oltre 40 rider nelle categorie sci e snowboard, abbiamo vissuto un vero freestyle fest, dove diverse generazioni di partecipanti si sono riunite per totalizzare il maggior numero possibile di BINGO. Dopo il contest, go-shred ha offerto un barbecue gratuito e SPEZI – Das Original a tutti i rider per aiutarli a ricaricare le energie dopo un’intensa session al Latemar Snowpark.
Verso le 15:00 si è svolta la premiazione, con fantastici premi offerti da Volcom, Stance, Giro e Yeti. I rider hanno fatto un lavoro così eccezionale che abbiamo aggiunto un BINGO extra al risultato di tutti. Di conseguenza, tutti sono tornati a casa con un premio e un grande sorriso. È stato un successo così grande che siamo ancora entusiasti delle impressioni di sabato scorso.
Un grande shout-out a tutti i rider che hanno partecipato e hanno portato il fuoco nello snowpark. Grazie a Latemar per averci ospitato, per supportare la scena shred e per aiutarci a spingere i limiti. Tanto amore al team del Latemar Snowpark per il lavoro incredibile, sempre pronti a supportare e a realizzare grandi cose.
