Am vergangenen Samstag fand unser erstes GAME of go-shred in dieser Saison in der Axamer Lizum statt. Im Januar kann man nie sicher sein wie das Wetter ist, aber wir hatten Glück. Full house at Golden ROOF Park
Um 11 Uhr stand das go-shred Setup und wir konnten pünktlich mit der Anmeldung unseres GAMES im Golden Roof Park beginnen. Mit fast 50 Teilnehmern starteten wir um 12.30 Uhr mit den Spielen und um 13 Uhr wurde der BBQ angefeuert, denn auch wir wissen „Brot und Spiele“ bereiten dem Menschen große Freude.

In gewohnter Manier wurde in 5 verschiedenen Disziplinen um die besten Plätze gekämpft. Wieder einmal waren alle Kategorien vertreten. Ski, Snowboard, Kids, Mädels, Anfänger und Fortgeschrittene, was uns natürlich ehrt und glücklich macht. Nachdem die Spiele begonnen hatten, kümmerten wir uns um die anderen Gäste und versorgten sie mit einem kleinen Snack und einer gekühlten Spezi.

Mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht und bester Laune wurden nach und nach die Ergebnislisten der einzelnen Gruppen abgeben und die Auswertung und Vorbereitungen für die Siegerehrung wurden in Angriff genommen. Um 15.30 starteten wir mit der Siegerehrung und eh wir uns versahen, war die Hälfte aller Anwesenden als Sieger gekührt.
An der Stelle natürlich vielen Dank an alle Beteiligten, ein riesen Lob und vielen Dank an das Axamer Lizum und an alle unsere Unterstützer: Spezi – Das Original, blue-tomato.com, Skatehalle Innsbruck, Volcom, Vans und Giro Snow.
Das nächste GAME findest am kommenden Samstag, 2018-01-27 an der Steinplatte statt und wir freuen uns jetzt schon riesig drauf.

We had a blast!
Last Saturday we held our first GAME of go-shred for this season at Axamer Lizum. You never know how the weather will be but luckily it was completely fine. Not too cold, no snowfall, no wind and finally in the afternoon the sun came out to make our smiles even bigger than they were before …
At 11 a.m. we finished the installation of the setup and could start with the registration. We had nearly 50 participants and could start the GAME at 12.30. Following this we fired up the barbeque cause we know that like the old Romans, we can make people happy with bread and games.
Our participants fought in 5 disciplines and we were glad to see that all categories of shred heads were present. Skiers, snowboarders, kids, girls, beginners and advanced. This mix is always a pleasure to see. While the GAME was running we took care of our other guests and offered a little snack and a Spezi to the numerous spectators in and around the park.
With everyone in a good mood and with smiles on their faces, the results came in step by step and we could start to prepare the prize giving ceremony. At 15.30 we had the prize giving and before we knew it half of our participants were on the podium.
